CERTIFICATES AND MEDAL COLLECTION FOR INNOVATION AND CREATIVITY EXPO 2010 UM PARTICIPANTS

Thank you and Congratulations to all researchers and students who have participated and received the awards in the Innovation and Creativity Expo 2010 University of Malaya last week.

We would like to inform you that the Expo Secretariat (UMCIC) will organize a certificate and medal collection session on the date, time and venue stated below.

Date	:	12th April 2010 (Monday)
Time	:	10.00am – 1.00pm 2.30pm – 5.00pm
Venue	:	Bilik Anggerik, Institut Pengajian Siswazah (IPS)

The whole day session is dedicated for the following activities;

1. Collection of Certificate of Participation (all participants)
2. Collection of Silver and Bronze Medal Certificate (Silver & Bronze Medal Recipient)
3. Collection of Corrected Certificates (Gold Medal Recipients)
4. Ordering and Payment of Additional Certificates and/or Medals

For those who would like to request for extra certificate or medal, kindly fill in the form provided (see attachment) and bring it on Monday (12th April, 2010) together with the payment (cash/grant/etc.). The date of collection for the additional purchase will be informed later.

Each research group is requested to send at least one representative to collect their certificates/medals. For those who are unable to be present on that day, please visit our office during office hour within the next week (13th – 16th April 2010).
